GoPro Africa- Undiluted Truth About USI-Tech

Hello readers, welcome to Gopro Africa with your host Paul Show. Gopro Africa is the first blog from Nigeria to the African community here to provide you undiluted information about network marketing companies, and when we say undiluted, we mean we give the truth and nothing less than many others wont accept to expose.

Today on Gopro Africa, we will be going on another journey exposing just another network marketing scheme already present in Nigeria on a mission to take advantage of the lack of education in the network marketing industry that have become the standard over years.
At Gopro africa, we believe that only if this education is present in the industry of network marketing individuals wont be gullible to be used and exploited by most of this multi national companies.
In Banking here in Nigeria, the staffs of Union bank are very well informed about happenings in the Zenith Bank, they know which bank tops the gainers and losers annually, and many other information that can be said to be internal or external.
In communication also in Nigeria, this is also the norm and even beyond that, regardless of what Mr John sees in the advert on Mtn Nigeria or 9 mobile, before he makes the decision to purchase a 9mobile sim pack based on the exact need (internet or calls) he always tend to ask his friends and colleagues in his locality who are already using the network provider or those who have heard of either a good or bad experience. Now note that the first point is that Mr John will do all of this because lets say he stays in Ikorodu area of Lagos state, Nigeria. The service of 9mobile for internet may be poor in this locality that doesnt really mean that 9mobile is a bad network but if Mr John does ask this questions the probability that he will have a bad experience if he goes ahead to is high.

When it comes to anything regarding the network marketing industry in Nigeria, this form of data collection, suggestion and opinion from both in the industry and those outside of the industry is completely ignored. Mary attends a network marketing seminar for the first time, she has no idea of what the industry is like before now, although she has read Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Business of the 21st Century, so she nods her head in agreement to everything that was said during the seminar because she could related with some of the phrases, now just before the end of the seminar Mary decides she will tell her friends and family who she heard has been into this industry before now, then the presenter says, "Take action now, the law of diminishing intent states that the moment you leave this place and you delay your sign up or enrollment you may never do it again because people who havnt seen what you have seen will tell you not to join" this is a very good motivation speech just enough to draw her into the cosmos of the life cycle. Now her enroller tells her to completely ignore whatever anyone from any other network marketing company tells her, makes her feel this company is the best and others are not too good or bad, tells her not to ever accept to attend any other network marketing seminar because she has to FOCUS which means Follow One Course Until Successful. Her journey begins.
This now gives network marketing company the liberty to operate illegal schemes, financial gimmicks, pyramid or ponzi schemes because they are well aware that once you get it and the dream is sold to you, the number game will begin and you will be caught up in the system.

Truth be told;
Any network marketing scheme you join either legal or illegal, lets say you bring in 100people into the scheme. If something goes wrong with the said company and lets say you move to another, and go back to the 100people who joined you statistics says that approximately less that 40 people will go with you. The other 60people has lost trust in your business intelligence and values or decision making. This means any network marketing business you accept to do, your personal values are attached with it. So you have to be careful unless you dont care about ur own values.

Few days ago, a Young man (Nigerian) was so so passionate on getting me into the his newly found network marketing opportunity.  He was trying to be very strategic on promoting the scheme, immediately i quickly did a little research on him to find out a few of his core values because i could tell your core personal values from the decision you may have made in the past in respect to the mlm  industry then i found out he has passionately promoted a full fleshed ponzi scheme called Helping hand international a.k.a H2i which we have taken time to expose here on Gopro Africa on this link below with which i now knew he hasnt been a reader of this blog and he is still enslaved in this intelligent ponzi cycles.

Based on the discussion with him we will be exposing a rather new company called USI-Tech.

SOME BASICS FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO THIS BLOG

There are 2 types of Residual income you can earn which are Active Income and Passive Income.
Active Residual income is the income you get or earn for a direct exchange of activity meaning no exchange of activity, no income.
Passive Residual income is the income that keeps coming when the effort or activity that is used to provide or produce it has stopped.
In the industry of network marketing on this basis, there are just 2 groups of companies based on the value they provide.
1.       Companies with Products (This is dominated by the wellness industry globally/supplements e.g. Forever living, GNLD, Organo gold, Trevo, Oriflame, etc)
2.       Companies with Services (H2i, Melisfon,Lavita Ricca, Eklipse consults, etc)

Categories of Companies based on the type of Income they offer.
a.       Marketing Plan – A marketing plan pays you on the frequency or volume of products buying and selling going on in your network or organization. Companies with marketing plan require their distributors to buy/purchase products monthly or frequently more than they can consume forcing the distributors to hit the streets to sell the products. Let me correct an impression here when they tell you, people are looking for the products, because the product is very good.  Now listen readers every product of every network marketing company especially in the wellness industry is good or let me say great and they actually work, so if the company embraces using multi-level marketing to distribute her product in my opinion selling sales should be replaced with consumption. Nevertheless companies on marketing plan are fully LEGAL COMPANIES and also good to venture. E.g. Forever living, GNLD, Organo Gold, Long Rich, Swiss Garde, etc.
Note that in this plan only a few people who were part of the company from onset and has huge network will end up attaining true financial freedom

b.      Compensation Plan – A compensation plan pays you on the frequency of product/service usage or consumption going on in your network or organization. Companies that have true compensation plan only require you to purchase products that you will consume in a single month and nothing more. So your work is to build a network of product users not those who will buy and sell. A compensation plan is the true picture of what a genuine network marketing company should be. Sadly there are only 3 companies globally that are on this plan, Yes just 3(Three). These companies require you to either build a network of product/service users or earn passive residual income or promote a service for utilization and earn passive residual income. E.g. Trevo, Powur (NEW; US and environs), Eklipse Consults (New; Nigeria). This is a fully LEGIT COMPANY and the perfect model to residual income.

c.       Ponzi and Pyramid Schemes - A ponzi scheme simply put is the transfer of investment from newer distributors to older distributors while the owner of the scheme or platform has control of the income flow and in most cases takes a chunk of the fund transfer. These schemes are purely ILLEGAL, NEVER SUSTAINABLE, BUSINESS-ROBBERY etc. Ponzi schemes are classified into 3 groups.

          i. Product- Ponzi Schemes- This are deceptive schemes who are actually operating or running a Ponzi but has a product either a product the said company produces e.g  PHYTO-SCIENCE, AIMS GLOBAL etc or they locate a product that is of value, e.g SWISS GOLDEN, EMGOLDEX, etc.  In the past few years these category of Ponzi schemes are growing very fast and in the course of their presentation or product pitching they explain and pitch the value attached to the product just enough for you the VICTIM to see the intense value exchange and IMPACT the company mission states and why you should be a part of it. For only those who really understand, during the business pitching its structure and model is simply a PONZI/PYRAMID scheme.

ii. Service-Ponzi Schemes – This are also strategically deceptive schemes running what I call an open-ponzi but locates a service with little value to umbrella their pyramid activity. E.g Helping hands international (H2i), Meridian Life Support Organization (Melifson), Happy World Meal Gate, Growing Circles etc. These companies simply locate services but only for those who can really tell that the chunk of the income generated almost 100% for some are generated through recruitment of new members. H2i members have a slogan “Helping the less privileged and humanitarian service is what I love doing, putting smiles on their faces” while the new company Happy World Meal Gate says “Fighting Hunger and Poverty initiative to stop recession”, others say “If products are not present and service is offered, business is done”. Funny how it sounds that these slogans really get to the vulnerable recruits who I call Victims.

iii. Full Breed Ponzi Schemes – This schemes are the truest definition of what a Ponzi or pyramid scheme is and they actually have nothing to hide, even in their disclaimer and terms and conditions it is clearly written there they advise you to use the funds you can afford to lose, some even before investing ask questions to know If you are in sound mind or what you are about to invest and are fully aware of the risk, cannot hold the company if you lose all of your funds. E.g. MMM, MMM-UNITED, GETHELPWORLDWIDE, CMA, ZARFUND, etc. This scheme, any Ponzi scheme is simply a model of robbing Peter to Paul. Immediately the population of gullible Peter reduces or stops are now aware that they are being robbed the schemes crashes. In a Ponzi scheme that pays you 100% ROI, for 1000 people to be paid 2000 people have to lose their money. That’s the simple truth, the higher the number of people to be paid, the higher those who will lose.

USI-TECH UNDILUTED TRUTH
There seems to be a never ending stream of investing scams that are rolling out these days.  Automated investing combined with FOREX seems to be the sweet spot.  Add a dash of Bitcoin and the story is complete. Take something that few people understand and automate it.  What could possibly go wrong? My subscribers have requested that I take a look into USI-Tech.  Here is what I have found.

USI-Tech Scam Claims

IN THE PAST WE HAVE MANAGED TO OBTAIN A PROFIT OF UP TO 150% FOR OUR CUSTOMERS!
The objective for USI-Tech was the logical development of a fully automated trading software, with which “smaller” investors may also participate in the FOREX market. Originating from the technical complexity and many characteristics of the FOREX market this project could now be successfully completed, after 7 years of intensive development work. As a result, today, the company can offer a fully automatic trading software to its customers. In numerous intensive tests consistently outstanding results were achieved, in practice, with excellent profits.

USI-Tech Scam Reality

USI-Tech claims to have its headquarters in Dubai. The address they provide is a P.O. Box: USI – TECH Limited P.O Box 122036 Dubai UAE. USI-Tech began its pre-launch in September 2016.

I was unable to find USI-Tech listed as a registered company in Dubai. Their registration number ICC20160282 returned not found. It turns out they are registered as a company in Ras Al Khaimah.  Ras Al Khaimah is a common place for offshore companies to register a company in the UAE.  There is no way to know where USI-Tech is actually located at with this type of offshore company registration.
The founders of USI-Tech are Jao Severino and Ralf Gold.
Jao Severino (JOÃO FILIPE FERNANDES SEVERINO) has been barred from financial activity in Portugal because he was involved with another scam called AMC INVEST. AMC Invest offered 10% interest per month on investments and it ended up scamming hundreds of people before it was taken down by the authorities. People were arrested for this scam.
Ralf Gold has promoted many money making scams in the past as well:
  • AdsProfitReward 2012
  • MX FAST MONEY 2013
  • WORLD CONSUMER ALLIANCE 2013
  • HourlyRevShare 2013
  • AdsProfitWiz 2013
  • APR CLICKS 2013
  • UPPERGAME 2014
In my opinion, USI-Tech is just another money making scam. They use software and Bitcoin investment packages to get people to participate in a recruiting scam.
Here is how the scam works:
  1. They use ridiculous rates of return to get you to purchase their products.
  2. They get you to recruit your friends and family into a pyramid scheme.
The Bitcoin Package they offer is a Ponzi scheme. It offers overly consistent returns for an investment that is incredibly volatile: Average 1% Daily Payout, 5 days per week. Also, the Bitcoin Package is used as the “product” in a product-based pyramid scheme.
Many Ponzi schemes share common characteristics. Look for these warning signs:
  • High investment returns with little or no risk. Every investment carries some degree of risk, and investments yielding higher returns typically involve more risk. Be highly suspicious of any “guaranteed” investment opportunity.
  • Overly consistent returns. Investment values tend to go up and down over time, especially those offering potentially high returns. Be suspect of an investment that continues to generate regular, positive returns regardless of overall market conditions.
  • Unregistered investments. Ponzi schemes typically involve investments that have not been registered with the SEC or with state regulators. Registration is important because it provides investors with access to key information about the company’s management, products, services, and finances.
  • Unlicensed sellers. Federal and state securities laws require investment professionals and their firms to be licensed or registered. Most Ponzi schemes involve unlicensed individuals or unregistered firms.
  • Secretive and/or complex strategies. Avoiding investments you do not understand, or for which you cannot get complete information, is a good rule of thumb.
  • Issues with paperwork. Do not accept excuses regarding why you cannot review information about an investment in writing. Also, account statement errors and inconsistencies may be signs that funds are not being invested as promised.
  • Difficulty receiving payments. Be suspicious if you do not receive a payment or have difficulty cashing out your investment. Keep in mind that Ponzi scheme promoters routinely encourage participants to “roll over” investments and sometimes promise returns offering even higher returns on the amount rolled over. – Source sec.gov
The software they offer can’t offer the regular returns they claim it does.  The software is used as the “product” in a product-based pyramid scheme.
“Most robots, if not all, are designed to make money for the creators and not for the users. Forget about them and learn how to trade.” – babypips.com
At the time of this post they recommend two shady brokers for you to use with their software:
  • Pure Market
  • ArgusFX
Modern pyramid schemes generally do not blatantly base commissions on the outright payment of fees, but instead try to disguise these payments to appear as if they are based on the sale of goods or services. …While the sale of goods and services nominally generates all commissions in a system primarily funded by such purchases, in fact, those commissions are funded by purchases made to obtain the right to participate in the scheme. Each individual who profits, therefore, does so primarily from the payments of others who are themselves making payments in order to obtain their own profit.

USI-Tech does offer a free affiliate program you can participate in and make money from selling people their products.  This does not change the scam that is being run with the actual products this company offers.

USI-Tech Scam Conclusion

In my opinion, USI-Tech is another recruiting scam that uses ridiculous claims of returns for their products to get people to buy them and join the scam. You have to pay them to participate in the 12 level compensation plan. The founders of this scam have a long history with other money making scams. FOREX and Bitcoin have massive risks in investing in them.  USI-Tech does not have the answer to lowering your risk and making you consistent returns. The Bitcoin Package they offer is a pure Ponzi scheme. The software they offer can’t offer the regular returns they claim it does.  The software is used as the “product” in a product-based pyramid scheme. They expose you to shady FOREX brokers as well. USI-Tech claims to have its headquarters in Dubai. They are not registered as a business in Dubai. They are registered as a company in Ras Al Khaimah. Ras Al Khaimah is a common place for offshore companies to register as a company in the UAE. There is no way to know where USI-Tech is actually located at with this type of offshore company registration. USI-Tech does offer a free affiliate program you can participate in and make money from selling people their products.  This does not change the scam that is being run with the actual products this company offers. I would not invest my money in USI-Tech.
